Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are the End User License Agreement ("EULA") for the Blitz Rugby mobile app and website ("Blitz Rugby" or the "Service"), provided by Product Logic (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. By downloading, installing, or using Blitz Rugby, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Blitz Rugby, you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Blitz Rugby provides rugby fixtures, scores, league standings, and team information sourced from third-party data providers. The core Service is free to download and does not require an account. Some features, such as following teams or receiving push notifications, are optional. We may also offer paid optional subscriptions for additional features (such as an ad-free experience).

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Blitz Rugby may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play ("Stores"). If you purchase a subscription:

• Title and price. The subscription name, billing period (for example, monthly or yearly), and price are shown in the app before you confirm purchase. Prices may vary by region and are set by the relevant Store.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal charge. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price shown for that subscription at the time of renewal.
• Managing and cancelling. You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in your device account settings: on iOS, Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under Store rules.
• Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process Store payments directly and cannot issue refunds for purchases made through a Store.

Access to subscription benefits continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. We may change subscription features or pricing for new purchases; any change will follow applicable Store requirements.

Use of the service

You agree to use Blitz Rugby only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, attempt to access the Service by any means other than the interfaces we provide, scrape/copy/redistribute fixture/score/league data in bulk, or reverse engineer/decompile the app except to the extent permitted by law.

Content and data accuracy

Match data, fixtures, scores, and statistics are provided for general information only and are sourced from third parties. While we work to keep this information accurate and timely, we do not warrant that it is free from errors, delays, or omissions. Do not rely on Blitz Rugby for time-critical, official, or wagering decisions.

Intellectual property and licence

The Blitz Rugby app, its design, code, and branding are owned by Product Logic (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Team names, logos, and competition marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.

Third-party services

Blitz Rugby relies on third-party services, including app store platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play), hosting providers, and data providers. Your use of those services — including subscription billing — is also subject to their own terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Logic (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed ZAR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Blitz Rugby at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscription through your Store account. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or any feature, at any time, with or without notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date above and, where the changes are material, surface a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
